Specificity helps your target audience find you more easily, because you’re speaking right to their pain points and answering their questions.
To get a clearer picture of who you’re talking to, try creating customer personas. Start by conducting audience research: analyze your competitors, survey your current audience, and post on public forums like Reddit.
